We come from a construction background- being in that business for 25+ years before we started the Connecticut Carting Company. That background helps us understand both sides of this business. We use that to try to provide the best service we can.
Each contractor will talk to the same account manager when they call. The account manager is personally responsible for all aspects of your account- from orders, to scheduling, to billing. You are always dealing with the same person. We hope this provides you with a very personal experience. And gives you someone specific to talk to whenever you have any issues or concerns.
We work off cell phones so you can reach us before or after business hours. You can call, text, or email us your orders whenever. We know you have a lot of other things to worry about on a job site, so we hope to make dealing with your dumpster easy!
Forgot to place your order for the next day. No problem. While we do not always answer the phones on off hours, we do check messages periodically. So send us a text and we will do our best to work it into the schedule for you.
