At Connecticut Carting we look at service differently then other dumpster rental companies. We want to be as personal, professional and active as possible. We believe that by being more reliable, more personal and diligent we can better service for our contractors.
We assign each contractor to an account manager. This (account manager) is personally responsible for your account and overall experience. Their goal is to be as personal and available as possible. When you call to rent a dumpster you will be very well acquainted with the person you are speaking with. Unlike other companies you will not be speaking to a faceless, nameless dispatcher. You will be very familiar with your manager and have a comfort level with this person. We believe it's always better to know the face of the person you are speaking to.
One of the first ways that you will notice we are different is your account manager will travel with the driver on the first delivery of a job to make sure the dumpster is being placed in the correct spot. He will meet with your job super and get to know the project personally. This ensures that we are familiar with the project and are knowledgeable of any challenges associated with the deliveries, hopefully preventing a problem before it can occur.
Your account manager will periodically drive by the project or call the job super to proactively make sure a switch or pull is not needed soon. He will check in with the office to make sure service of all jobs is up to par and there are no complaints or concerns. By showing continued interest in each one of your projects we believe we will become more then just a demolition dumpster on a job, but a valuable part of your projects team.
